Questions
What happens if I stop paying?
Syncing pauses. Every note is still on your devices, exactly as it was. Pick a plan again whenever you like and it carries on.
How do I change plans or cancel?
In Feather, open Settings, Plugins, Feather Cloud and choose Manage billing. If you cancel, Cloud keeps working until the end of the time you've paid for.
Can Feather read my notes?
No. They're encrypted on your device with a key made from your password, which never leaves it. We only store scrambled data we can't open.
I forgot my password.
Reset it by email, then use your recovery key once to open your notes. Your new password opens them from then on.
Do I need Cloud to sync?
No. Device sync is free and syncs over your own Wi-Fi. Cloud is for syncing anywhere, on any network.
